Bob is a dedicated community leader who wears many hats. He is the founder of seven local companies and is best known for being the CEO of The PM Group—San Antonio’s largest advertising agency. In 2024, The PM Group generously raised & provided just under $500,000 to UTSA student-athletes.

In addition to his role at The PM Group, Bob founded Quarter Moon Productions, the BOOK of FREE, Noisy Trumpet Communications, PMX Events and CSAV (Convention Services Audio Video) and Ninth Floor Events.  He also founded Texas Yes Project and the Puppy Food Bank that are both 501c organizations providing support for elementary education and pet rescue shelters.

Bob’s commitment to UTSA athletics was born out of his admiration for UTSA’s Head Football Coach, Jeff Traylor. “He’s a kingmaker at UTSA and he has proven how UTSA football can elevate the entire UTSA Athletic Department for the betterment of the entire University and the City of San Antonio.”
